Each monthly Yoga Teacher Training program has a maximum of 18 to 20 students. We are a quality based yoga institute so rather than try to increase our class sizes we try to increase the caliber of our students through smaller course sizes.

No, we have a large selection of mats that we supply for class. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer and new mats can also be purchased in the market nearby.
