With this scholarship program, we aim to make the knowledge of yoga available to interested individuals! This is not just a program; this is our commitment to the society to spread yoga globally without any limit or barrier.
Every yoga aspirants deserve a fine knowledge & training of yoga by an authentic, highly skilled & professional yog guru! At Avatar Yoga School, all the yoga teachers & instructors are highly skilled with having years of experience. Students are required to attend at least 95% of the classes as it’s a special opportunity to begin your journey as a Yoga Teacher.

The 200 Hours Yoga TTC at Avatar Yoga School is very profound and demands hard work to learn the course completely. Moreover, if you have sincere desire to gain the immense knowledge of yoga through the course, only then you can take up the program.
Asana: We teach the asanas of classical hatha yoga. For each posture we will show you how to enter the position, the correct alignment in the final position, the Sanskrit name and the English name, the modifications, the benefits and the contraindications.
Pranayama: The practice of pranayama is crucial for preparing your body and mind for meditation. Our Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program includes the theory and practice of the essential methods of pranayama.
Meditation: Our approach to the practice of asana will facilitate the experience of meditation, both in your asana practice and during seated meditation at the end of each day.
Mantra: Sanskrit mantra recitation during our morning Surya Namaskar practice will bring strength to your muscles, organs, respiratory system and chakras. In addition it will allow you to experience the rhythm of meditation in motion.
Mudras & Bandhas: In our 200 Hour Teacher Training course we teach the energy seals and locks of classical hatha yoga.
Kriyas: By participating in our Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course, you will gain knowledge of all of the shatkarmas of classical hatha yoga.
Yogic Philosophy: Deepen your understanding of yoga by learning the philosophy of Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Baghavad Gita in our 200 Hour Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course.
Anatomy: Our Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program provides education in the skeletomuscular system, nervous system and respiratory system. As well we teach the anatomy of the chakras, nadis and the koshas.
Teaching Techniques and Practice: In order to prepare you to teach yoga successfully, we incorporate throughout the daily classes guidance on how to teach others, and to giving you opportunities to teach your fellow students.
Ayurveda: A qualified Ayurvedic expert from Avatar Yoga School will introduce you to the key concepts of Ayurveda for the enhancement of your health and well-being.

This grant program will keep in accordance with the traditional 200 hours yoga instructional class. The course will give preparing in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, detoxification forms, eat less calendar and so on.
